Sponsored by the Northern Beaches Dementia Alliance, this free event features an expert presentation on prevention and local supports alongside a Q&A session with residents sharing their lived experiences. It is a warm, supportive space to gather useful resources, learn about future care needs for loved ones, and connect with other carers over light refreshments and lucky door prizes.
