A safe space to connect, make new friends and support one another.

Open to all carers of someone living with a disability. Free to the Northern Beaches community, this group provides an opportunity for all carers to come together and share stories. Set in the peaceful courtyard at Cromer Community Centre, you will enjoy a light morning tea and a gentle activity.

Space is limited, bookings are essential to guarantee a spot however drop-ins are welcome.
