Experience a series of imaginative adventures through the rainbow colours – promoting a range of positive emotions and benefits.

This fun, informative and relaxing event will be an opportunity for children (and adults!) to experience a beautiful colourful guided visualisation to create calm. They’ll also be able to do some basic yoga moves, explore colour therapy and learn simple self-care tools.

This event is suitable for ages 4-11.
