Weekly Meditation – Online

Join local meditation guide, Merryn, for a peaceful 30 minute break from your day.

Meditation is like working out for your mind muscle – that is why sometimes you may need guidance and a helping hand to get you motivated.

Studies show that meditation can help improve memory and concentration, slow aging and strengthen immunity. Meditating can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that lasts beyond the actual meditation.

These events are currently free to join.

Make yourself a cup of tea and grab a cushion, blanket, or whatever else helps you create a comfortable space, and join us in becoming more relaxed, aware and at peace.
