Warriewood Wetlands Guided Walk
Join Tim Seaton (Educator, Coastal Environment Centre) and Michael Kneipp (Council’s Environmental Volunteer Coordinator) on a guided walk around the largest remaining sand plain wetland in the Northern Sydney area.
Learn about the plants, animals and birds that call this unique area home. Also learn about the many Bushcare groups operating in our area.
Artist Nick Hollo will join this tour and share his insights into how he approached drawing out the essence of each place through his artworks in the exhibition Waterways.
Please wear a hat, long sleeved shirt and pants, as well as covered walking shoes. Please carry your own water and bring insect repellent.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a maximum of 15 people. Bookings are essential.
