War Museum Guided Tour
Join Belong Club for a guided tour of the local, ANZAC Village War Museum for an insightful tour of this exceptional collection The War Museum at RSL ANZAC Village Narrabeen is a state-of-the-art, professionally curated and beautifully presented museum.
Over 90% of items have been donated by residents of the Village, bringing a very personal element to the collection.
Run by a team of Village volunteers, when you visit you will likely be able to chat to residents who have very interesting stories to tell.
Developed in conjunction with experts at the Grimwade Centre for Cultural Materials and Conservation, University of Melbourne, the Museum has rare and unique items on exhibit from every conflict Australia has been involved in, including Afghanistan.
From the parachute motorbike which greets you, to the drawers that open to reveal hidden treasures, to diaries hastily scribbled on the front line, there is something to capture the imagination of everyone and every age.
