Upscale, fashionable attire only – No hats, singlets, shorts, thongs, sportswear, running shoes, lad attire or offensive haircuts are permitted. We have a zero-tolerance policy for tattoos that may be deemed offensive or culturally insensitive (we recommend tattoos to be covered). Guests arriving intoxicated will not be admitted entry, with no refund.
The venue requires ALL GUESTS to be DOUBLE VACCINATED.

WAO Superclub Events Ticketing Policy:
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If an event has to be postponed due to Government Policy or Health orders arising from Covid-19, a credit note/ voucher will be offered to ticket holders, if they cannot make the new dates. These credits can be used towards any of our events within 12 months of issue.
