Sandy is been creating vision boards for nearly 20 years and I just love them as it allows you to let go, surrender & give yourself time to get creative and play.
This is a powerhouse of a morning, really connecting to who you are & what you desire on a soul level. With some gentle mini reiki and crystal energy alignment, mixed with guided meditations & some visualisation techniques, before you get to the fun of creating your own vision board.
