Soul Meets Cheers Vegan Festa is back for 2021 with a 5-course plant-based menu with influences from the Lombardy region in Northern Italy.

Meat, cheese, and other rich ingredients seem to take precedence over vegetable dishes, but that’s not to say they don’t exist. The fertile soils around the rivers and lakes in the region are perfect for growing crops, which is why so much rice and corn comes from the area. Expect menu items that are big, bold, and hearty!

For only $49pp plus a vegan vino or birra, travel through the menu exploring items including polenta Fries with Napoletana sauce, Pizza tri di Zucca (3 pumpkin pizza) and Risotto Milanese.
