Julia Davis explores invisible aspects of our temporal world in her single channel video, Undercurrent. Filmed on location, the video records the tidal movement off the Tasmanian coast.

The moving image is underpinned by a sub-oceanic soundscape formed by the scraping of ice on the Antarctic sea floor.
