TYNP – Online Yoga Class

The Yoga Neighbourhood Project aims to create a sense of community by offering small group yoga classes either in-studio or online. Their classes are tailored to their students and they will work with you to find pose modifications that best work for your body.

They want yoga to be accessible to anybody, which is why their class price is a Pay-What-You-Can model. While every dollar helps them to cover their costs and keep the classes running, They understand that life can be challenging especially in these times.

To further help the community and give their students a sense of engagement, They will be donating 45% of all monthly proceedings to a chosen charity for the month.

For any online class, the Zoom link will be sent out the night prior to the class so make sure you book in well in advance.
