This circuit-style cross-training class offers an invigorating blend of cardiovascular workouts and strength training, ensuring a dynamic workout experience.
Designed for individuals aged 13 to 17 years, these classes run for 45 minutes every Monday at 5:30pm.
Booking in advance is essential. Options include booking every Monday or opting for casual bookings. Please note that classes operate during school terms only, and bookings must be made and paid for before the day of the class.
