Visiting Santa will be a fun and safe experience this year with additional health and safety measures for our customers and of course, Santa and his elves.

Their Sensitive Santa sessions are available for children with sensory challenges. Families can have their Santa photo captured in a quiet and relaxed environment, with sessions held before most stores are open to create the most sensory friendly environment.

Online bookings are essential for Sensitive Santa sessions, with a range of Santa photo packages available to choose from.

Stockland Balgowlah will be offering a COVID-Safe Santa experience this year that reflects local requirements and to allow for physical distancing. To make your experience more personalised, you are welcome to bring festive props or keepsakes to create a your special Christmas photo.

Masks will be required indoors for anyone over the age of 12 in NSW, including Santa, and their photography set will be assessed in line with government guidelines and restrictions.

For your wellbeing, our Santa set will be offering hand santiser and will be operating under a COVID safe plan.
