Every Friday, a local wellbeing expert will discuss a “Pillar of Health” to give you cutting edge information on Mindset, Movement, Sleep and Nutrition.
Join us at Bosk Restaurant, Clontarf Reserve for a fun and interactive morning, beginning with an optional bootcamp (by Chocolate Fitness) at 9:15-10:00 followed by breakfast and discussion from 10:00-11:00. Lots of giveaways and session specials plus ongoing support.
