German International School Sydney – 2023 Christmas Market

Enjoy the magic of a German Winter Christmas Market featuring lantern walks, marshmallow roasting, a magical Winter Wonderland & an array of market & food stalls including a Glühwein Hut.  

Once a year, the German International School Sydney brings the festive season forward and transforms its playgrounds and classrooms into a magical winter wonderland for the Christmas Market. The popular event caters to young and old alike, with lovingly adorned open-air market stalls offering traditional German food and drink as well as handmade ornaments, festive decorations, candles, wooden art and crafts.

Parking: Parking is limited close to the school, but GISS will offer a free bus shuttle service between 5pm – 9.15pm to & from the Christmas Market. The GISS bus will stop at these 6 public bus stops along Myoora Road (please signal the drivers). This will allow visitors to park further away from the school. If possible, please drop any guests off at the school as seating is also limited on the shuttle bus. Thank you for your understanding.
