FREE Family Yoga – Intro to the Rainbow Chakra Cards
Imagine when your child discovers they have a “rainbow in their body”?
Experience the joy and benefits of family yoga and learn about the chakra system via the My Yoga Playground Chakra yoga and mindfulness cards. Learning about the chakras through movement and mindfulness will empower children with valuable self-care skills, and may help explain things that they may have already noticed in their external and internal worlds.
- Suitable for little yogis and big yogis – children 3-10 years and all adults
- No yoga experience required
- Please bring your own yoga mats or towels
- If it happens to rain, the class will be rescheduled

A little about the cards:
55 beautifully designed yoga and mindfulness cards for children and families to explore the rainbow chakras together. These unique chakra cards are intended to open up a while new and colorful world to children and introduce them to a holistic approach to taking care of their health and wellbeing on and off the mat. By learning about the chakras, they can better understand how to bring balance, wellness and peace to their lives, and allow their rainbow within to be as vibrant as possible.
