Flow Yoga Class
Enjoy a 55 min vinyasa yoga class in Sydney CBD. The class is a beginner/intermediate level, however everyone is welcome.
The class consists of ~50 minutes energising yoga flow before lying down for “shavasana” to finish with a complete relaxing note. It also includes a few minutes dedicated to breathing exercises/meditation at the beginning and/or end of the session.
What to bring? A yoga mat or a towel to practice, comfortable clothes and a bottle of water. (Possibility to rent a mat for $2)
Where? Level 9, Dymock Building on George street, Sydney (first room on the right of the lifts)
