Flow & Glow Pilates Workshop

Are you ready to give your entire self the nourishment and love it deserves with the upcoming Flow & glow 2hr workshop at Luxe Yoga & Fitness and take on the GLOW UP challenge?

You’ll flow through a pilates class before indulging in a healthy platter of nibbles and a GLOW UP health shot, whilst sampling various plant based, vegan certified, toxin and cruelty free skincare and makeup. You’ll be glowing inside and out!
