Conversations About Suicide Workshop
The Mental Health First Aid Conversations about Suicide course is for adults (18 years and over).
Learn how to:
- identify, approach and support someone who is experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviours.
- identify the warning signs for suicide,
- safely have a conversation with someone experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviours
- confidently support the person in crisis.
Participants will also have the opportunity to practice these skills in a safe environment.

Please note that the number of participants is limited but must have a minimum of 8 participants to run.
Please be aware that this workshop is not suitable for those bereaved by suicide within the past 12 months.
