Art of Yoga – A Morning Flow Community Yoga Session
Rise and Shine!
Start your weekend right with a bright and early morning flow every Saturday in Sydney’s Inner West. Whether you’re an avid yogi or simply yoga-curious, we’re inviting you to drop in and join us for our weekly Community Yoga Classes.
With only an 8 minutes walk from Stanmore station, you’ll find that cultivating your helpful habits for 2021 has never been more opportune.
Practices will be facilitated by yoga teacher Christine Chu, who is also in the final year of her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree. Supported by her knowledge of human physiology and anatomy, she’s inspired to help you steady the mind and unify movement with breath, through safe and functional practices.
What to bring:
We’ve equipped ourselves with yoga blocks, straps and additional mats, to support you in your practice. However, our mats are limited in numbers and we encourage you to bring along your own for practice as may not have enough mats to go around for all! Other items you may wish to bring: A water bottle, towel, warm smile and an open mind.
What to wear:
No fancy attire is required!
Comfortable and breathable garments that allow you to move freely are encouraged.
Pay by donation – We believe yoga should be accessible to all. So, simply donate as you can and feel. There is no obligation to make a donation, however, if unsure and you wish to contribute, an appropriate donation is $10-$15.
