Healthy eating can be confusing. Difficult too. Especially with a family. That?s why I created Wholefood Mama. Too often I see women confused about what to eat, binge eating, yoyo dieting, moving from fad to fad and never really getting on top of their weight or their health. There is a better way, an easier way, for the long term, and it’s Wholefoods. Through Wholefood Mama, I educate, encourage and empower women to make better food and lifestyle choices for themselves and their families. I do this through online group programs, one-on-one consultations, live workshops and easy to read e-guides. For women wanting food education, knowledge and weight management, my programs are a fabulous way to start. For women with specific health concerns, one-on-one nutrition consultations are the way to go. My specialty is improving gut and digestive symptoms, managing stress and anxiety. I also provide nutrition and lifestyle support for conditions including asthma, allergies, PMS, skin issues, life-stage/choice nutrition (preconception, breastfeeding, menopause, vegetarianism etc.). Of course, I offer nutritional advice and support for those with diet and lifestyle related chronic illness also.
