Nina is an experienced and qualified practitioner of Herbal Medicine, Reflexology, Transformative Meditation and is a Reiki Master/ Teacher. She works with you to find the origin of your imbalance and addresses it using one or more therapies. She takes a compassionate and holistic approach incorporating your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing into your session with her. Nina utilises her evidence-based scientific knowledge of herbal medicine to support women with their hormone health at all stages of life, as well as addressing stress and anxiety issues. She also runs regular Reiki courses and private sessions.
