At NBJJA, our goal is to improve the physical and mental health of Northern Beaches locals through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With our focus on self-defence, we help to build strong, resilient and confident kids who can apply their learnings on ours mats to the real world...while having fun, of course! Our Kids Program includes Nippers (age 4 to 6), Grommets (age 7 to 10) and Titans (age 11 to 15). NBJJA is run by Collaroy locals, Jack and Gill Cox, and our Academy is in the heart of Cromer.
