The sessions are designed specifically for busy women who struggle to find time to exercise. Whether your goal is to lose weight, strengthen your core muscles or improve your posture and balance, I will work with you to build you a customised, fully flexible workout programme suited to your body and your individual fitness goals. I take into account your current lifestyle, ability, your goals and available workout equipment. The workouts are designed to fit into your busy schedule so you’re more likely to stick to the training and will feel the results.
Group Mums & Bubs Pilates Classes @ Mosman Rowers
45 minute full-body class using props to rebuild and strengthen deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Perfect way to gently get you back into exercise. Helps to improve core strength, posture, relieves any aches & pains and most importantly gets you out of the house and feeling stronger. Every Weds 10.30am and Fri 10am at the Mosman Rowers.
Group Mat Pilates Classes @ Mosman Rowers
45 minute dynamic flow-style mat class suitable for all levels (no experience needed) to challenge and strengthen every single muscle in your body. Using a variety of props and low-impact exercises to help strengthen core muscles whilst improving postural alignment, spinal mobility and flexibility. Every Weds 11.30am and Fri 11am at the Mosman Rowers.
