A warm welcome to The Forest Podiatry from a fellow Northern Beaches Mum!
Healthy feet are happy feet! By the time your child is 6 or 7, foot and leg development should have stabilised. Your child should be able to walk and run without discomfort.
If they are clumsy, or seem to be avoiding play or exercise and complaining of sore feet or legs, then an assessment is warranted. At this stage, gait correction via a comprehensive orthotic program can help prevent a lifetime of lower limb problems.
The Forest Podiatry is a long established caring podiatry practice which embraces the latest technology and combines science with experienced, hands-on caring accredited podiatrists and support staff.
