Summer School Holiday Guide 2023

Queenwood Tennis Centre, located in scenic in Oxford Falls, is the largest public tennis facility on the Northern Beaches with 12 tennis courts including 10 synthetic grass courts and 2 cushion hard courts. All courts have LED lighting and cabanas. 

SUMMER TENNIS CAMP

Queenwood Tennis Camps are open to the community and suitable for beginner and intermediate level children. It’s a great way for kids to get active, meet new friends and build on their tennis skills. The camps offer a variety of fun and interactive games and activities. 

Choose from whole day, half day or hitting squads/match play for advanced players. Discounts apply for 5+ days for full day and hitting squads.

THE competitions will resume on Monday 5^th of February 2024. Choose from Monday morning ladies doubles, Monday night mixed triples (teams of 3 – 2 sets of doubles, 1 set of singles), Tuesday night singles and Friday morning ladies triples. Tennis and Sports Holiday Camps

MUSICAL THEATRE/CIRQUE: A fabulous workshop for students to enjoy learning songs, choreography and portraying characters from film and theatre and exploring all aspects of Circus. Juggling, Unicycles, Tumbling.

Tuesday 16^th January: MATHS DAY
Pack your big brain because we are heading into some tricky territory. Loads of maths and logic games, puzzles, challenges and mathematical disasters to assist with! 

Thursday 18^th January: SCIENCE DAY
Get messy with all the experiments your parents hate you doing at home. The science sessions include all the ‘doing’ that kids love. Theme TBA.

Friday 19^th January: Robotics/STEM Day
Embark on a series of STEM challenges that require you to program your tiny robot through/over/around!

Writing Day may be added if there is interest.

Investment is $90 per session.

Bright Minds Co. also offer 1:1 tutoring K-12, writing intensives (at sentence level) for struggling year 1 and 2 writers, a maths intensive for students needing revision in year 4 content, and a selective test prep series for students sitting the selective tests in 2024 or 2025.
